Rescue Me ID: 16-03-27-00085Suki (female)
This is Suki, a high energy/high play Siamese. She is currently stuck in an apartment far too small for her energy level, and is exhibiting stressed out behavior. Her nor I are happy with our living situation together. I want her to be adopted by someone with a history of Siamese, as they are a particular breed with specific quirks. Please text me if interested! I can give more information about her upon request.

Rescue Me ID: 16-03-18-00052Shamus (male)
Beautiful Neutered Male Ragdoll mix (we think). His mother was a stray Tortoiseshell. All of the kittens in her litter were different. Shamus is well-behaved, has lived with both cats and small dogs. He has not lived with children, but he has a good temperament and probably would do fine with kids as long as they are respectful of animals. Shamus is a little shy of loud noises and with strangers at first, but he is very social with people, and likes to be where the action is. He loves to sleep on the bed with his human companions, but he is not really a cuddler or a lap cat. He likes to be close, but not snuggled or crowded. When he is napping and relaxed, he likes being petted. He has an amazing coat! Very thick and silky. He does not like being picked up too much, but he does like being picked up at certain times and being scratched around the head and he purrs loudly. Just depends on his mood. He does not scratch or bite, he is very gentle. Unlike the typical Ragdoll, he is vocal when he wants something. He also has a very loud purr. He was raised on a lot of land in Colorado Springs and is used to having a lot of outdoor access. He sleeps most of the day, and late afternoon, early evening he craves the outdoors. This is a must for him. He has been living in a condo the last 1 1/2 years and he gets very agitated when he can't go outside or doesn't have grass and nice outdoor environment. Even a large fenced yard would be nice for him. He won't be a good or happy cat as indoor only. Having a cat door is probably the best scenario for Shamus, as he likes to go in and out frequently. Also, he needs to have crunchy food out all of the time, otherwise he starts chewing on things, like plastic bags, etc. If food is available to him at all times, he won't chew on plastic or anything else. As a side note, he is a very large cat and he will play rough with other cats if the other cat plays rough, too. He has never hurt my other cat, or vice-versa, but I think being males, they are both asserting their dominance and sometimes it gets a little heated. Just something to know if you have a male cat already. Otherwise they are buddies, they hang out near each other, and like to lick each other and chase each other. Shamus is a very clean cat! He bathes a lot, and always smells nice. He has very fastidious bathroom habits. He prefers going potty outside, but when he can't, he always uses his litter box. Shamus is a wonderful and beautiful kitty! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 15-11-01-00550Ms B (female)
Are you looking for a prim and proper lady? Then look no further, and say Hello to Ms B! Ms B is a gorgeous 10 1/2 yr old Siamese tabby mix (grey and tan) who will let you know when it's time for more food to enter her bowl. She will also request special attention from you, if you are sitting in the proper spot. If you are in that sweet spot, then be ready to provide Ms B with her special pampering request --rolling the lint roller over/on her. She loves it. Ms B also prefers fresh water over standing, so a bubbling fountain will do nicely. Of course, she occasionally will dip a paw into the toilet as well, so please leave the lid up. Ms B also prefers people who will be home often, she isn't a fan of being left at home alone for long periods (days). She isn't interested in going outside, but will sit by an open door or window and look out. She will also help you if you have a mouse problem, as she likes a tidy home. Ms B is not interested in dogs, other cats, or small kids. Ms B is at the cattery anxiously awaiting her new home. (Less)
