Rescue Me ID: 15-06-10-00264Imocar (male)

Siamese    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Imocar was given to us because his previous parent is moving and cannot take him with her as a result of allergies in the home she is moving to. Imocar is a WONDERFUL and LOVING cat but is so stressed out due to his sudden change. He would be a wonderful addition to any home. There is a possibility that he could live with cats as he did in the past. However, currently he is too stressed to comfortably adjust. On a one on one, I have noticed that he was soliciting for attention and pets. He is a cuddle bug!! He does like to sleep with his owner as he has demonstrated that in the past. He would be a wonderful addition to any home. His ... (Read More)previous owner said that he was 16 pounds. So he is a large and loveable teddy bear. He is a purebred Siamese. He is a Seal Point/Apple Head Siamese. He is one GORGEOUS cat!!!! He allows his claws to be cut without resistance. He is litterbox trained and never has had an accident. He would be a puurrrfect addition to any home where stress it at a minimum. As of late, I am noticing that he is getting acclimated to being around other cats, so cats are actually not an issue. In his previous home, he lived with 2 dogs. A Doberman Pincher and a Pomeranian. He slept with the Pomeranian daily. FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT CTGem53@aol.com Imocar is currently being fostered in Danbury CT in one of our foster homes (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 15-06-09-00359Mau (male)

Siamese Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Cats, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Mau has been my trusty companion for the last nine years. He is loyal to his owner and enjoys quiet days and even quieter nights. He likes to spend time with his owner--watching t.v. or reading a book. He also likes to share his owner's bed. Mau is very low maintenance, but he is an over achiever with love when he connects with you. I need to find Mau a home because I am moving to where I cannot give him the quality of life he deserves. He is a friendly companion with friendlier face. He has truly been my little buddy.

The first British Siamese were given to the English ambassador to Siam (Thailand) as a gift. Siamese can use their paws like hands to open cabinets. The voice of the Siamese has been likened to that of an infant; the sound is called Meezer, which is also a nickname for the Siamese. Siamese are one of the oldest domesticated cat breeds.
