Rescue Me ID: 13-05-14-00358Loki (female)

Siamese    Age: Young Adult

Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Hi my name is Loki and my foster mom thinks I am the best kitty ever! I follow her everywhere she goes, and I talk all the time! You know they say that Siamese are very opinionated, but not me! I just need to tell you how things should be done. The more I talk the more treats my foster mom gives me, and since I just love treats, well, you can see just how smart I am. I really like my foster family dogs. We play together all the time, and a while I know I am much smarter than they are, they're still pretty cool canines. I live with another Siamese named Simon. He and I chase each other up and down the hall ways while the dogs bark ... (Read More)at us. I love to have my head and face scratched, and to tell you just how much I like that, I'll purr you a song. I am looking for my forever home since I have never had my own special person. I hear it's wonderful to be the love of someone's life, and at night, I have kitty dreams about having that forever home. If you're looking for a kitty who loves to talk, who isn't afraid to voice her opinion, and who believes in togetherness, then I am that perfect cat you have been looking for. (Less)

Siamese    Age: Adult

I rescued this beautiful dark Chocolate Point Siamese and he has turned out to be very affectionate once he let me near him. He was so scared and starving to death living on his own outdoors. We went to the vet on 29Apr13 for a full exam, all shots and tests (all negative) before I could bring him into my home with my own Siamese cat. However, the two of them are unable to get along, so I must find Coco another forever home!

Siamese    Age: Senior

Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current, Arthritis, Obese

Very sweet, loving cat who is at least 10 years old. I am not sure as she was going to be given to the animal shelter and I rescued her. I don't want to give her up but my grandson is allergic to her. I need someone who will love her the way I do. Nikki is front paw declawed. She is a blue point - gray in color siamese cat. She was a stray when first found by her former owner's daughter and loves to be able to go outside but I won't let her, so now she is strictly an indoor cat.

Siamese    Age: Kitten

Health: Vaccinations Current

Lilac Point Siamese Not much is known about my past except that I was surrendered to a high kill shelter. I was afraid there and I didn't like it there. Thank goodness the nice people at Purr Partners took me out of there just in time. I am a big, gorgeous Siamese with dazzling blue eyes. I probably had an owner at one time but they didn't neuter me or keep me inside. Well, Purr Partners has taken care of the neutering part. Now I just need a home. I like people and I tolerate other cats pretty well. I like to play ball, especially if you throw it for me. I am into these crunchy new cat treats from Friskies. I would like a forever home this ... (Read More)time where I will never be given to a shelter again. If you can use a little Razzle-Dazzle in your life, then I am the cat for you! Rescue Me ID: 13-03-16-00341Moby (male)

Siamese Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Cats, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

This is Moby, a red (flame) point siamese mix with blue eyes, who is getting ready to turn 2 years old in April. I adopted him as a very tiny kitten who weighed a little more than a lb (he is 10.5 lbs now)and was probably only about a month old, from a local animal shelter. He was never properly socialized, being separated from his mother and whatever siblings he might have had at such a young age. Moby started showing some aggression (biting my hands, etc) at a young age...his behavior is now being controlled by daily Prozac that he takes well, as it is a flavored liquid that costs about $10 a month. There are certain times he still gets ... (Read More)overstimulated when being petted (this is what my vet says is occurring) and tries to bite my hands, so I try to redirect his energy and get him to focus on play...he loves 'da bird' and ping pong balls to keep himself busy. He is also on an alternate protein diet of Natural Balance's Duck & Green Pea, as he showed immediate signs of food allergies. As soon as I brought Moby home, he showed immediate dedication to the litterbox, as well as scratching posts: flat cardboard and upright sisal. He has never been destructive in any way and has never scratched anything besides scratching posts. He also likes being brushed and appears to know his name. As he has gotten older, he seems to find it harder to resist taunting my two other cats, who have been very patient with him. That is why I am looking for another home for him now...I have an 11-year-old male tabby who Moby is growing increasingly aggressive towards. Moby seems to just really like my calico girl, but still hunts her like he is hunting a rabbit...and her patience has run out. Right now Moby spends the majority of his day in a separate room of my house with a cat tree and love seat, etc, and a ton of toys...but I think he would do better if he had more attention and 1 or 2 humans (no children, please) to focus on him. I do interact/play with him and let him out (see info re: him and my other cats), but it's not the same as him having the 'free reign' he deserves. Moby does enjoy being petted and purrs more than any other cat I have ever met...he also is the quietest cat I have ever had. No siamese talking from him! He has laid on the bed beside me and slept, too...I do think he likes people and being around them, and has shown interest when I have introduced him to new people once he has cautiously smelled their hand, shoes, etc. (he seems very scent-oriented). My vet thinks some of Moby's continued aggression towards me (which I can predict based on his body language...it's not like a violent lashing out...I know his 'aggressive position'...lying on his side, tail-twiching, and when he doesn't want to be put back in his room for the night) is probably misdirected, perhaps caused by frustration with not being able to interact with my other 2 cats successfully. Although he does show great interest in them, my vet and I believe Moby would do much better as the only cat in the house. He has not been tested with dogs...I imagine he would be frightened. Anyway, I provide ALL of this information so that only anyone seriously interested will inquire. I do love this cat, and I would like to find him the right home where he can be happy for the rest of his life. Should you be interested, a home visit will be necessary, as will a personal and vet reference. (This is obviously not a cat for a new cat owner.) (Less)
